About this event

SMCC are proud to present our third charity sportive event. The event will take place on Sunday 14th April 2019 leaving and returning to Lagan Valley Leisure Plex, Lisburn. Our charities for this year’s event are Air Ambulance and Cancer fund for Children.

We have the pleasure in offering you two routes. The first route covers 40 miles and the second covers 80 miles. Please see the route information before choosing your route.

This is going to be a great start to the season event! We have the full support of Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council along with the PSNI. We have support cars available for both routes. There will be refreshments at sign on, food at the lunch stop and also food at the finish.

Other facilities include:

Car Parking, Toilets, Safety Support.

Important notes:

Cancellations – we cannot refund entries after the application has been processed.

Start and finish line for both routes is

Lagan Valley Leisure Plex (Overflow Carpark)
18 Lisburn Leisure Park,
Lisburn BT28 1LP

All entrants must register/sign on on the day between 0815 and 0915.

The 80mile route sets off at 0930.

The 40mile route sets off at 0935.


All finishers will receive a medal.

What to bring

  • Helmets must be worn and rules of the road must be followed at all times.

Online entry is available via Entry Central the event fee is £25 per entrant.
You can also pay on the day. You must have a valid CI licence to cycle the event. Please provide your number at sign on. For those who do not have a licence you can pay for CI event cover at an additional cost of £5 at sign on.
