Cycling Ireland have thrown down a challenge for cyclists all across the country.
In an attempt to encourage people to get out training more during the winter months, #2828 will launch on Thursday 1st February.
The idea is to do 28 minutes of exercise, ideally cycling (either on the bike, turbo trainer, exercise bike or spinning bike) every day for the entire month.
It's a personal challenge, with the option to do other forms of exercise on the days you're not on the bike. Just make sure you do it for at least 28 minutes!
