A report published by transport analytics company INRIX has revealed the extent of congestion in Northern Ireland.
Belfast is identified as being at 10th on the scale of economic impact that congestion has in the UK. It's worst traffic spot is noted as the A12E (York Link) at the junction between the M2 and M3.
The other most congested spots were identified as Derry / Londonderry, Coleraine, Newry, Ballymena and Craigavon.
A study by Sustrans recently actually found that the percentage of Belfast households that own a bike and cycle every day to work has gone down from 5% to 4% since 2015.
