Sustrans NI's Couch to Cycle starts today, a six week plan to get you from the couch onto the bicycle and cycling for 30 minutes.
Perfect if you'd like to cycle to work or for short local journeys but don't feel fit enough or confident enough. Build up your fitness and skills - going at your own pace, not training for a long distance cycle. This is for you if you can cycle but haven't been out on the bicycle for a while, are worried you couldn't cycle the mile, two miles into town for work or to the shops or want a bit of motivation.
